It is my deep belief that each of us has the ability to heal ourselves, regulate our nervous system and support ourselves. Therefore, the uniqueness and individuality of each client with his or her particular strengths and weaknesses is accepted and respected by me. The methods I use are non-directive, i.e. the client's healing process, which may be developing on its own, has priority over my interventions.
